Position Details

 

 

Executive Assistant to Managing Directors

 

This position calls for a poised and articulate perfectionist for the position of

Executive/Administrative Assistant to several of its Managing Directors.

Two or more years of relevant experience is desirable, but we will also consider

candidates from any field who have demonstrated an ability to learn quickly.

Primary responsibilities include managing schedules and events, answering phones,

administrative support, general research, and liaising both internally and externally.

B.A. or B.S. degree is required, as are strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, and we welcome applications from writers, musicians, artists,

 or other candidates who may be pursuing other goals in the balance of their time.

Switchboard Operator and Receptionist (temp to perm)

 

Client needs  a very bright and articulate individual for a high-traffic reception area.

Primary responsibility will be managing phones. Additional duties may include greeting guests,

maintaining conference room schedules, and receiving deliveries.

1+ years prior experience required.  College degree a plus. 

Must be very personable, reliable, and hardworking, with excellent organizational abilities.

Administrative Associate (temp to perm)

 

You must be an intelligent, resourceful, and motivated associate to provide administrative help

to various areas of the firm. 

Responsibilities may include data entry, filing, research, coordinating schedules and travel,

and general office help, as well as occasional mailroom and reception duties. 

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills.

'Other agenda' candidates are welcome.

B.A. or B.S. degree required; prior administrative experience a plus.

 

Facilities Associate

 

We need a very bright, highly motivated, and detail-oriented college graduate to assist with facilities-related projects,

including internal moves.

The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, ultra-dependable, and a motivated self-starter

with excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

 

IT Purchasing Associate

 

You must be a very bright, highly motivated college graduate to assist with facilities and systems

purchasing responsibilities. 

One to two years' experience with IT purchasing required. 

The candidate must be reliable, hardworking, and creative, with excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

Facilities Associate and Evening Manager

 

Client seeks an exceptionally bright, highly motivated, and detail-oriented college graduate to become a Facilities Associate. 

They are seeking highly creative, technically adept, and energetic applicants, who are willing to roll up their sleeves. 

Approximate hours will be 12PM to 9PM. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on high-level facilities projects for a rapidly growing firm,

managing a small staff of assistants, and overseeing a variety of facilities-related projects including

internal moves, deliveries, and office maintenance. 

Applicants should be dependable, well-organized, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must. 

 

Facilities Evening Assistant (temp to perm)

 

Client seeks a full-time employee to handle a variety of facilities-related projects including internal moves,

inventory maintenance, floor inspections, and regularly scheduled office cleanup. 

Approximate hours will be 12PM to 9PM. 

Candidates should be detail-oriented, ultra-dependable, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.

 

Trade Support Assistant

 

Client needs an intelligent, resourceful, and well-organized individual to support traders with administrative and strategic tasks. 

Candidates with serious outside interests are encouraged to apply;

No direct experience is necessary, but a background in finance or accounting is a strong plus. 

Expertise with Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg is also a plus.
