Position Details

 

Senior Human Resources Associate

The Client's HR department seeks an exceptionally able Senior Associate to handle a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to employment document drafting, compensation administration, employee relations, performance management, policy analysis and implementation, and liaising with senior management and the Legal department.

The Senior Associate must be well versed and highly proficient in nearly all areas of HR and have the confidence and ability to work well independently. Six to eight years' HR experience (including experience in employee relations, employment document drafting, compensation administration, and supervising other HR professionals) is required; a Masters degree in human resources, psychology, organizational development, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, organized, and discreet, with a positive work attitude and a talent for multitasking. Superior attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

 

Human Resources Benefits Associate

 

Seeking an intelligent, motivated, and resourceful benefits specialist to join its Human Resources group. 

This individual will be responsible for administering existing benefits policies, developing and maintaining

relationships with third party administrators and vendors, developing recommendations concerning new

benefits policies, drafting proposals to senior management, and developing systems to implement new policies. 

 

An understanding of the changing legal and regulatory environment is essential. 

The position will require extensive research into the areas of health and welfare benefits, cafeteria plan benefits, retirement plans, disability plans, and other insurance-related areas as needed. 

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, customer service, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. 

The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in a related field, at least four years of relevant experience, and be familiar with the quantitative aspects of benefits administration.
