Documentation Specialist
The Client Investor Relations department is seeking a
talented generalist associate to support all aspects
of the department's activities, including fund
transactional operations, marketing, structuring, and sales.
The associate will have substantial contact with investors,
will gain exposure to many areas of the firm,
including trading, financial operations, legal, and
marketing,
and is expected to gradually assume additional marketing
and structuring responsibilities.
Areas of focus will include, among others, investor
communications, administrative support,
preparation of marketing materials, processing of
subscriptions and redemptions,
basic website and database maintenance, and special
projects.
No previous financial or investor relations experience is
required.
The candidate must have outstanding interpersonal, writing,
and presentation skills.
Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills,
and the desire to excel
in a dynamic work environment are essential.
