lawyer with three or more years of experience
in institutional asset management
to join its legal department.
This new position is being created
specifically to assist in structuring and growing the firm's institutional
asset management business. Responsibilities will include negotiating investment
management agreements with institutional investors,
structuring various
institutional products, and counseling the Investor Relations department in its
marketing
of institutional asset management
products.
The candidate we hire may also
contribute to other projects for the legal department and

The ideal candidate must be
