Our entry-level Strategic Growth Associate position offers
opportunities to learn about the firm’s various businesses, which range from
investment trading strategies to computational biochemistry. Recruiting experience
is a plus but is not required, as we are more interested in raw talent as
indicated by past academic or professional accomplishments .
Trader / Analyst Recruiting Specialist
For this position we are seeking candidates who have
experience recruiting traders or analysts for a leading financial, consulting
or technology firm. The successful
candidate will be responsible for creating and executing strategies for
identifying and attracting world-class traders and analysts.
Financial Operations Recruiting Specialist
For this position we are seeking candidates with either accounting
experience or financial operations recruiting experience at a leading
financial, consulting or technology firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing
strategies to identify and attract world-class talent in a variety of
back-office fields, including accounting, tax, clearance and settlement, and
treasury.
